Then, 19 periods for 12 weeks of teaching activities were proceeded through the model of picture books, films, discussions, and experience sharing. Additionally, qualitative data as teaching logs, teacher’s reflective journals, co-teacher’ sinterview records, students’ worksheets and feedback sheets, and parents’ feedback sheets were collected and analyzed. The scale of the “Attitudes toward Life Measurement for Elementary School Students”, designed by Su-fen Huang in 2006, was adopted for assessment and a paired-sample t test. The findings were as the following, 1.The teaching activity in this study was suitable for the fifth grade students and fulfill of teaching effect which was a feasible program. 2.The teaching activity in this curriculum for improving student’s attitudes towards life was a significant difference in building student’s positive life-and-death concept and positive attitudes towards life. 3.Teachers can obtain development in professional category and self-growth by curriculum designing and practicing. At last, according to the results, reveal suggestions for educational admirations and related studies in the future, which are as samples for further researches and follow-up life-and death curriculum practicing.
