This study used 634 regular education teachers and 522 special education teachers of junior high school in the database of Special Needs Education Longitudinal Study (SNELS) from 100 academic year . Data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment.The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. The current condition of teachers’ inclusive education attitude and teaching efficiency of junior high school regular education teachers and special education teachers was “medium-high level”. 2. There exists modestly positive correlation relationship between inclusive education attitude and teaching efficiency. 3. The junior high school regular education teachers there were significant differences in the performance of teachers’ inclusive education attitude on special education study is helpful for teaching, teach the degree of competence to the disable students and job satisfaction; special education teachers there were part differences in the performance of teachers’ inclusive education attitude on gender, age, educational background, special education study is helpful for teaching, and job satisfaction. 4. The junior high school regular education teachers there were significant differences in the performance of teachers’ teaching efficiency on special education study is helpful for teaching, teach the degree of competence to the disable students and job satisfaction; special education teachers there were part differences in the performance of teachers’ teaching efficiency on age, job tenure, teach the degree of competence to the disable students and job satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, some suggestions were provided for the education administration authorities, school administration and junior high school teacher as references that might have for future studies.
