The convenience sampling focused on the employees of nonspecific occupations. Questionnaires were distributed on internet. 403 questionnaires were collected, and valid questionnaires were 386, accounting for 95%. SPSS statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used to analyze. The results showed as follows: 1. Enhance mindset was irrelevant to perceived job stress. Therefore, enhancing mindset people perceives relatively low job stress or even no job stress. On the other hand, debilitate mindset was postive correlated with perceive job stress. In other words, debilitating mindset people perceives more job stress. 2. Enhance mindset was irrelevant to positive coping but positive correlated with negative coping; deblitate mindset was negative correlated with positive coping but postive correlated with negative coping. To put it anoher way, the respondents who has enhance mindset still needed negative coping to comfort themselves, and the respondents who has debilitate mindset were easier to choose nagative coping to decrease stress. 3. Perceived job stress had no mediating effect between enhance mindset and coping strategy. On the contrary, perceived job stress had mediating effect between debilitate mindset and coping strategy. In the other words, debilitate mindset will indirectly effect coping strategy through perceived job stress. According to the results of the study, suggestions are proposed to the government and enterprises. In spite of the thinking of stress mindset is very prevailing in other countries, it is still not promoted in Taiwan yet. The literature showed that enhancing mindset could decrease perceived job stress and made employees face their job challenges with positive mindset, and therefore improve their working performance and job satisfaction.
