The Empirical Study of East Taiwan Coast Rock Fishers’ Behavioral Intention of Joining Fishing Activity

碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 106 === Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes, subjective norms and perceptual behavioral control of the coastal fishing fishermen involved in phishing behavior in the Hualien and Taitung area. Using the theory of program behavior as the framework of this study, the researchers explored the attitude of the fishermen to participate in phishing behavior, subjective norms and perceptual behaviors to control their influence on behavioral tendencies. Methods: The study was conducted by questionnaire survey method, and the reliability and validity of the sample data and the relationship between the various facets were analyzed through the structural equation model. This study refers to the scholar's questionnaire tool and adapts it to the research tool of cost research. Pre-test sampling, a total of 87 questionnaires were issued, and after the questionnaires were incomplete, a total of 79 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 90.8%. Results: After the pre-test samples were tested by the difference test and the correlation test, the questions in the questionnaires all had good reliability and validity. The Cronbach's α coefficient of each facet ranged from 69 to 77, indicating that the overall scale had Good faith. A total of 343 official questionnaires were distributed, and 312 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 91.0%. After analyzing the data, the three factors of attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control have a significant impact on behavioral intentions. Suggestion: The researcher makes specific recommendations based on the research results and conclusions to the relevant units for reference purposes, including: improving the safety concept of the fishermen, handling fishing and fishing-themed sightseeing and leisure activities, and taking fishing suits in conjunction with related industries.
