In terms of research methods, the questionnaire survey method is used as a tool for measurement. The research variables are divided into three parts, including the basic data of the subjects, work pressure and job satisfaction, including t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to verify whether workers have significant differences in work stress and job satisfaction under different basic backgrounds, and using regression analysis to verify the impact of work stress on job satisfaction. The empirical results show that labor stress and job satisfaction will vary depending on the background of the worker. There is a significant negative impact between work stress and job satisfaction. This result shows that the higher the work pressure of the workers, the lower the satisfaction with the job.
