description 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in working pressure and job satisfaction between different variables as well as the differences in work pressure and job satisfaction among student affairs personnel in Taipei City senior high schools.The study used the researcher-made survey questionnaire(Research Survey on Work Pressure and Job Satisfaction among Taipei City High School Student Affairs Personnel) as a principal tool for gathering data and conducting the survey.Overall, a total of 330 questionnaires were distributed, and 281 valid questionnaires were returned, resulting in a return rate of 85.1%. Through descriptive statistics, one sample t-test、independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA, the analysis conclusions are as follows: 1.Workplace stress among Taipei City High School Personnel is higher than a moderate level, among which the “workload” brings about the highest level of pressure, then “administrative support”, “student discipline”, “role conflict”, and “professional ability”. 2.Job Satisfaction among Taipei City High School Personnel is higher than an average level, among which the “interpersonal relationships” bring the most satisfaction, then the “working environment”, “leadership team”, “pay and benefits”, and “work content”. 3.“Workload” among Taipei City High School Personnel who have obtained a bachelor’s degree is significantly higher than that in those who have obtained a Ph.D. degree. 4.“Workplace stress” among Taipei City High School Personnel with more than 6 years of experience is significantly higher than those with 4 to 5 years of experience. 5.“Workload” among Taipei City High School Personnel who work as assistants or associate clerks is significantly higher than that in those working as directors, section chiefs, while in the variable of professional ability, those working as directors noticeably suffers more pressure than those working as section chiefs. 6.“Workload” among Taipei City Private High School Personnel is noticeably higher than that in Taipei City Municipal High School Personnel, and in “student discipline,” Taipei City Private High School Personnel noticeably suffer more pressure than those in municipal high school. 7.“Job satisfaction” among Taipei City Private High School Personnel who have obtained a Ph.D. degree is noticeably higher than that among the personnel obtaining master’s degree, considering the variable of “leadership team” . 8.“Job satisfaction” among Taipei City Private High School Personnel with less than one year of experience is noticeably higher than that found in those with more than 4~5 years of experience, considering the variable of “work content”, while about “pay and benefits”, the result is quite the contrary. 9.“Job satisfaction” among Taipei City Private High School Personnel, considering the variable of “work content,” is noticeably higher than that found in those working for public units, while about “pay and benefits,” the result is quite the contrary. 10.“Overall Job satisfaction and Overall workplace stress” among Taipei City High School Personnel is higher than average level, and the satisfaction about “professional ability” is noticeably higher than “workload” . 11.The work pressure of the Administrative Staff in Student Affairs office of the senior high school in Taipei city and the satisfaction of the “role conflict” in the “work itself” aspect of job satisfaction is noticeably higher than that of the “student discipline”. 12.The work pressure of the Administrative Staff in Student Affairs office of the senior high school in Taipei city and the satisfaction of the “administrative support” in the “interpersonal relationships” aspect of job satisfaction is noticeably higher than that of “workload”. 13.The work pressure of the Administrative Staff in Student Affairs office of the senior high school in Taipei city and the satisfaction of the “professional ability” in the “leadership team”, aspect of job satisfaction is noticeably higher than that of “student discipline” and “role conflict”.
