This study used questionnaires to a company employees as objects, a total of 361 valid questionnaires. The resulting survey data were analyzed using SPSS statistical method, which includes structural analysis of samples, descriptive statistical analysis, related analysis and regression analysis. The study hypothesis testing results are summarized as follows: (A) Work values have a significant positive impact on personality traits; (B) Work values have a significant positive impact on work well-being; (C) Personality traits have a significant positive impact on work well-being; (D) Personality traits have partial mediating effect on work well-being. Based on the results of this study for practical application and propose future research related to the specific recommendations and practices provided a company, researchers and the subsequent reference, and as a basis for promotion of staff job performance.
