They are also the necessary quality requirements for manufacturers to enter the automotive supply chain. That is a well-established structure for operations and plans to set up the quality management systems in the factories in order to reach customer’s satisfaction and continuous improvement. The purpose of business operation is to create profits. To create profits is harder than "Earning More" and "Cost down". If you want to use scant resources effectively to reduce costs， "Information Management" is very important. The new revision of the IATF-16949:2016 International Standards adds a new requirement of risk consideration that phase in the ERP information integration mode management system and It is more comprehensive to consider internal and external risks, stakeholder's expectations and needs and company business plans. This infrastructure is a stable core management requirement for at least 10 years in the future. Other management systems are also based on this structure. By the research, we found that phase in the Information management system, ERP, through this integrated method.it can comprehensively consider the phased-in risk of ERP. It can not only enhance the successful chance for the ERP phased-in but also establish the best appropriate production process management for the enterprise. After ERP phased-in， the enterprise can refer to the IATF-16949 performance management and improvement to make a decision for business in order to effectively implement the production planning and management. The enterprise can reduce the cost， improve the overall economic effect and achieve the purpose of increasing profits by the integrated system.
