Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === Understanding the determinants of project management information systems (PMIS) continuous use is an important topic for the academics and practitioners. However, little is known about this topic. In this study, we extended the expectation conformation theory and two variables including fit and user resistance were added to understand the determinants of PMIS continuous use. A survey study was conducted to empirically test the research model. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed and 298 usable responses were received. The analytical results indicated that: confirmation positively influences perceived usefulness; confirmation and perceived usefulness positively influence satisfaction; satisfaction positively influences continuance use; fit positively influences confirmation; fit negatively influences user resistance and user resistance negatively influences continuous use. Finally, implications for academics and practitioners are also provided.
