From years of experience in the project management realized that the true philosophy is that "prevention is better than cure", not piecemeal foot pain cure and headache cure, "becoming a sudden illness management". It is important, how to avoid the environment, customers, external and internal pressures to adhere to the concept for the project execution and management, well controlling the quality of cases closed is a make sense project manager, instead of trying to get this client done quickly or for close the case to manage it, to made physically and mentally fatigued, its not a project management, its more like task management. Because of the huge mobile phone project market and fierce competition, project managers can grasp the key points of the process and project clearly, even in the face of different products and customers, or different industries can quickly grasp the situation and solve problems and guide the implementation of the final destination.With the process of project management, which links need to be paid attention to, this study attempts to further explore from different business organization types, different project manager role segmentation and other perspectives.
