In the 21st century, the concept of Industrie 4.0 program has been lunched from Germany, in order to meet the "best productivity (smart production)" and "fastest speed (batch) Production) and "Best Flexibility (Personality)". However, all these new concepts should be based on the fundamental “knowledge” of the company. Because in the process of engaging in these activities, processes, procedures, all need knowledge, but also generate new knowledge. It also appears to be the importance of knowledge management. When enterprises need to implement knowledge management, they face many problems (such as how to collect through existing technology, what needs to be collected, how to record...), and this study will explore how to use the information technology trends developed by Industry 4.0 to build knowledge management. The system and management model are used to achieve the basis of multi-application and analysis in the future. The advantage of digitalization is that it is easy to obtain data to achieve rapid data analysis. Therefore, this study is implemented in a " digitalization " manner. In addition, because this study uses "digitalization" to meet the needs of easy access to data, combined with the development of "big data" technology trends in Industry 4.0, the relationship between knowledge management (KM) and Big Data is used to make use of big data. The non-structural analysis makes the analysis results objective, quickly grasp the current situation, and predict future trends, as a reference for future planning and decision-making. The implementation plan of this research can be used by the company type with R&D team, because in the development and design process, it must be based on knowledge, so that the product has the foundation of stable quality and continuous innovation, and also utilizes "digitalization".
