Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === In recent years, companies have been listing human resources in their companies’ lists of most critical assets. Many different surveys and studies have shown that employees’ job satisfaction will directly affect not only work quality but also their attachment to the company. Which aspects affect their satisfaction? Do they feel comfortable and satisfied every time they go to work? Do they want to work there for a long time? These are what all leaders always care about. And FPT Software''s leaders are no exception. The employees had been surveyed to research the correlation between 4 aspects: organizational climate, leadership behavior, employee''s job stress and job satisfaction. This study has pointed out that even though employees have high satisfaction in their job, the company''s human resources are still lacking in both number and quality. Therefore, this study would help FPT Software improve employees'' satisfaction, and from that increase work quality and performance. This study explores the positive and negative relationships between organizational climate, leadership behavior, employee''s job satisfaction and job stress. The study is executed with a survey and purposive sampling method, with FPT Software company’s staff members as the main research subjects. After the questionnaire was collected, the statistical software SPSS (Chinese version) were utilized to analyze data using t test, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and One-Way ANOVA analysis. The result showed that organizational climate and leadership behaviors have negative effects on job stress, while having positive effects on satisfaction. And job stress also affects empoyees’ satisfaction negatively.
