The formal questionnaire uses the "Community Participation Scale", "Service Motivation Scale" and "Organizational Commitment Scale" as research tools to conduct statistical analysis of data based on research purposes and research questions. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics (mean , standard deviation), independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study found that: 1. The community participation, service motivation and organizational commitment of volunteers are all "high" degree. 2. Married volunteers' participation in the "environmental improvement" community and the "interpersonal relationship" service motives are higher than those of unmarried volunteers. 3. The age of volunteers in the "61 years old or older" group is significantly higher than the "60 years old" group volunteers in community participation, service motivation and organizational commitment. In the comparison of the differences, the scores of the two levels of "61 to 70" and "71" were significantly higher than those of the "under 50" and "51 to 60" and "60". 4. Volunteer service years have better service motives in the "5+ years" group than in the "2 to 5 years" group. They also have higher organizational commitments than the "2 years or less" group. 5. The degree of volunteer education is better for those with college or higher education. It is higher than the education level for those with lower levels of "leisure and recreation" and the sense of "value commitment". 6. The higher the participation of volunteers in the community, the stronger their service motivation and the higher the sense of organizational commitment. 7. Volunteer community participation and service motivation can effectively predict their organizational commitment. The most predictive self-change item is “Residential Recreation”.
