Results of this study yielded that workload has positively impact to mindfulness, while mindfulness has no significant with psychological detachment. However, recovery self-efficacy moderate the positive relationship between mindfulness and recovery self-efficacy, such makes this relationship stronger. The research also found out that male and female after married effect to individuals practicing mindfulness. Moreover, we try to answer the question are there any differences between Taiwan and Vietnam in practicing stress recovery. Accordingly, this study contributes realization about by practicing mindfulness an help employee work more effective and really relaxing after work.
