Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系教育行政與管理碩士在職專班 === 107 === This is a piece of self-narration attempting to integrate the practicing experience of a school educator with the concept of Leadership for Learning in education research. The self-reflection of my work as a school principal, gains and losses, and professional development, starting as a school teacher to a dean then, highlights the structural elements of Leadership for Learning, which reciprocally circumscribe my beliefs, endeavors, and change of mindset underlying my long-term teaching career. The multilayer model of Leadership for Learning has been used as a reference platform to scrutinize my procedural efforts and their significance in promoting the learning of reading, art, mathematics and natural science among diverse communities of learners. The model has since become a coordinate frame for my own learning of Leadership for Learning with a work platform and cross checking board. The ideality as well as its’ substantiality of this concept and model is asserted with my work in education reform, which may serve as an example for further trials. It is my humble hope in making a due contribution to future leaders in learning research.
