There are e conclusions which were drawn out from the findings of this study: 1) pre-service teachers’ attachment is evaluated by pre-service teachers in medium-high range.Trust is the highest,and alienation is the lowest. 2)there are significant differences of pre-service teachers’ gender,parental marital status on responses of the pre-service teachers’ attachment. 3)career decision-making self-efficacy is evaluated by pre-service teachers in medium-high range.Correct self-assessment is the highest,and problem solved is the lowest. 4) there are significant differences of pre-service teachers’ grades,internship/work experience,parental marital status on responses of the pre-service teachers’ career decision-making self-efficacy. 5) career decision is evaluated by pre-service teachers in medium-high range. Degree of careee determinaton is higher than degree of career satisfacation . 6) career indecision is evaluated by pre-service teachers in medium-low range. Anxiety about career decision is the highest,and insufficient awareness is the lowest. 7) there are significant differences of pre-service teachers’gender, grades,internship/work experience on responses of the pre-service teachers’ career decision. 8) there are significant differences of pre-service teachers’gender, grades,internship/work experience on responses of the pre-service teachers’ career indecision. 9) pre-service teachers’ attachment,and career decision-making self-efficacy are medium-low positive correlation. 10) pre-service teachers’ attachment,and career decision are low positive correlation. 11) pre-service teachers’ attachment,and career indecision are medium-low negative correlation. 12) career decision-making self-efficacy,and career decision are medium-high positive correlation. 13) career decision-making self-efficacy,and career indecision are medium-low negative correlation. 14)attachment with trust had the best predictability toward career decision-making self-efficacy. 15) attachment with trust had the best predictability toward career decision. 16) attachment with alienation had the best predictability toward career indecision. 17) career decision-making self-efficacy with target selection had the best predictability toward career decision and career indecision. 18) pre-service teachers’ career decision-making self-efficacy can act partial mediation effects between elementary school pre-service teachers’ attachment and career decision. Finally,based on the conclusions ,the researcher provided suggestions for the reference of pre-service teachers,the schools which have teacher educaton,and future academic studies.
