This study takes the college resource room counselors as research subject, and use the self-made "Questionnaire of the Investigation on the Requirement and Satisfaction Level of the Support Services Provided by the University Special Education Centers" as the major research tool. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected in this study. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed by the package statistical software SPSS 25. The results are as follows: 1.The type of support services provided by the University Special Education Centers is biased towards the administrative support services; the content of support services provided by special education centers were slightly different. 2.The requirement level of support services provided by the special education centres for the resource room counselors is between “needs” and “very needs” in the overall scale and at each aspects. The ranked of grades of each aspect from high to low is assessment support, administrative support and counseling support, and the grades at each aspect reached significantly different. 3.The satisfaction level of the support services provided by the special education center is between “not satisfied” and “satisfied” in the overall scale and each aspect. The ranked of grades of each aspect from high to low is administrative support, assessment support and counseling support, but the grades at each aspect did not reach significant differences. 4.Analysis of the difference in the level of support service requirement and the difference in the level of satisfaction with different variables. The "service years", "special education professional background", "the type of service school" and "the special education center which service school belongs to" of resource room counselors. The grades of all variables reached significant differences. 5.There is a moderate correlation between the level of resource room counselors’ requirement and satisfaction of special education centers’ support services. Finally, made some conclusions based on the research results, and made relevant recommendations for educational administrative units, special education centers and follow-up researches.
