In order to reduce the building load weight,Various lightweight partition materials have been adopted.With the change of the times, partition materials no longer only pursue the use of compartments,At the same time, it is necessary to reduce the building load, strengthen the durability, improve the sound insulation and adjust the air humidity and nail equivalent. The lightweight bricks of this study are mainly used in the interior partition walls of buildings. Their characteristics are to reduce the building load and reduce the earthquake force, and have the ability to nail and develop a recycling mechanism. In the future, when the lightweight brick walls are dismantled into wastes. It can also be used twice in concrete to achieve the application of circulating building materials in indoor partition walls. Study on performance of aggregate using low temperature sintering lightweight brick for Partition walls. In the first stage, Shimen Reservoir sediment - gypsum - fluy was used to match different holding times and sintering temperatures to obtain low-temperature sintered lightweight bricks.Choosing the preferred quality lightweight brick for the application of the second stage concrete brick.In the study, lightweight bricks were ground into three different particle sizes to simulate sandstone grading and Styrofoam ball.Made into 60cmx40cmx10cm concrete brick ,used as a follow-up performance study.
