Improving personal health should focus on the individual aspects of personal lifestyle, and more needs a tool/model to assess wellness. In recent years, many international human wellness models and measuring instruments have been further developed. In contrast, in mainland China, there are relatively few related studies in this area. Through literature review, mainland China has not developed a useful wellness measurement model for college students. Also, the physical activity level is an essential factor affecting wellness. The primary purpose of this study is to construct a model of wellness lifestyle of college students. The secondary objectives are: (1) to examine the level of physical activity, including the relative impact of physical activity intensity and frequency on wellness of college students; (2) understanding the overall level of gender wellness, the eight dimensions of wellness, physical activity The effect of intensity and frequency. (3) The degree of prediction of the wellness of all dimensions of the wellness. A total of 1,713 college students completed the questionnaire survey, and the useful questionnaire was 1,570, with an effective rate of 92%. Further analysis of 1570 samples was performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. The results of this study show that the wellness level of all Chinese college students is at a medium level (M=2.55, SD=.43), the wellness of female college students is higher than that of men, and women are in the dimensions of occupation, intelligence, emotion, spirit, and physical health. Compared with men, there is no significant difference in the financial, social and environmental wellness dimensions. Physical wellness and social wellness are the highest-scoring dimensions in the wellness model. The highest wellness score was at the middle and high-intensity physical activity levels. Low and high exercise frequency have the most significant impact on wellness of college students, but there are gender differences. This study also verified that the eight-dimensional wellness model of college students has a good fit, and the male and female college-wide wellness models also have good fit and stability. The significance of this study is to observe the wellness level of college students from the wellness model, construct the wellness model of college students for the first time, and put forward suggestions for promoting the healthy development of college students, which lays a good foundation for the development of future models and wellness education for college students.
