There are many reasons for the increase in the number of the slash generation. With the advancement of technology, the ways of communication have changed. But there is one thing in common: no matter where people are, they are striving to survive and fight for success. This study will initially explore the impact of motivation generated by slash youth on job satisfaction and life satisfaction.
The study explores the impact of slash motivation on job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Selecting five slash cases for case study, the researcher analyzes the correlation between each variable through primary data analysis and secondary analysis. The summary of this study are shown as below:
1. Slash motivation based on interest will greatly increase job satisfaction more than money and diversity.
2. The study shows the three motivations such as interest, money, and diversity will increase the life satisfaction.
In addition, the study also presents practical advices for balancing life from these five cases. Those advices are useful reference for people who have interest to be slash generation.
