The qualitative analysis of the students'' scripts, reflections, self-editing lyrics and propaganda posters shows that: 1. It is feasible to redesign the "Environmental Education Issues" with the Citizen Action Orientation Curriculum Design Model and to increase students'' emphasis on rainforest maintenance issues through action dramas and poster campaigns. 2. After the implementation of the curriculum plan, students have significant growth in the three learning dimensions of cognition, affection and skill in the rainforest maintenance issues. 3. After the implementation of the curriculum plan, the students'' awareness of green consumption has increased, and they have begun to care about the green consumption issues around them. 4. Environmental education topics The development of courses in the form of teachers and communities can help to improve the teaching profession of teachers and effectively integrate teaching and teaching materials. According to the results of this research, the civic action orientation curriculum design model can also be applied to the curriculum of the lower and intermediate grade students. And the curriculum development through the teacher community approach can make the teacher''s activities grow a great professional. If the civic action orientation curriculum can be developed into a school-based curriculum, it will also be the characteristics of the school.
