By importing cloud computing systems, you can improve your company's competitiveness and productivity, and save your business costs. This has always been a topic that everyone has been discussing for a long time.
Cloud computing systems are a hot topic of discussion today, and virtualization technology is a foundation for companies to build private clouds. But in the cloud computing, there are three major service types: Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (abbreviated as PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Different from the general discussion about the IaaS service model for external users, this article will focus on the IaaS service model built into the enterprise. Enterprises use virtualization technology to create an IaaS service environment for internal use, thereby activating the flexible use of assets and resources. This study refers to the domestic and foreign literature, and uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate the enterprise importing the virtualized cloud computing system loyalty. A questionnaire survey was conducted by users of IT departments in southern Taiwan for the research. A total of 100 questionnaire samples were distributed and 80 valid questionnaires were collected. The effectiveness of the system has a positive impact on the user's willingness to use and loyalty.
Therefore, this study suggests that companies that use virtualized cloud computing systems in the future can consider whether this system can help users to work efficiently. In the future, the user's willingness to use the new system will be greatly increased, and the information technology can also maximize the value of production within the enterprise.
