The sex ratio of the furniture factories is: 826 men are responsible for the operation in 2012, and 267 are responsible the women. To the 2015, the number of men has climbed to 922, while the number of women is 301. This study will be conducted on a case-by-case basis by a furniture case company operated by a woman, in the market of many male-run furniture industries, the way and concept of women-run companies, and the differences between case companies and other products. The concept of customer-oriented and people-oriented service in the case company, and adhering to the four concepts of integrity management, quality control, service priority, and word-of-mouth effect to manage and provide services to customers, in many male markets, women must More courage and exquisite than men, and for each operation process to check and control, so that the product can be installed as scheduled. The difference between the case company's products and other products is the type, style, design, installation system cabinet, etc. Each project and work will be specially designed by the case company commissioner.
