In 2019 year, teachers from elementary schools were selected as the research subjects, and questionnaires were conducted using the “Study Questionnaire on Work Stress and personality traits” as a research tool. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out in this study, 396 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective questionnaire rate was 97%. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis and Pearson's product-difference correlation method were used for statistical analysis. The results of the study are: 1. The scores of teachers in elementary schools in the face of work stress factors are work order As a load, change adaptation, and professional ability, administrative disturbance and human relations。 2. Teachers in different elementary schools have different backgrounds in gender, age, marital status, and current positions. There is no significant difference in work pressure。 3. Elementary schools teachers with different education, and teaching years, have a feeling of work pressure Differences。 4. The scores of teachers in elementary schools in the face of personality traits factors are Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, and Emotional Stability, Openness, and surgency. 5. Teachers in different elementary schools have different backgrounds in gender, marital status, and teaching years. There is no significant difference in personality traits。. 6. Elementary schools teachers with different age,education, and current positions, have a feeling of personality traits Differences。 7.
