Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the current states of working pressure, stress coping and well-being , and to find out the differences, the relating circumstances and predictability by comparing these factors among teachers with the different background at national primary schools in Yunlin County. The study adopted questionnaire survey method, using “working pressure” scale, “stress coping” scale and “well-being” scale as research tool. The researcher extracted 277 teachers of primary schools in Yunlin to conduct a questionnaire survey, received 251 effective samples which resulted in a return rate of 90.6%. The collected data were run by SPSS 22 statistic software. The data were analyzed by means of the descriptive statistic method, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson, multiple regression analysis etc. According to the survey of teachers at primary schools, the results showed as following: 1. The degree of working pressure is moderate and above, in which the highest pressure is on the “education policy” and the lowest one is on the “classroom management”. 2. The degree of well-being is moderate and above, in which the highest score is on the “interpersonal relationship” aspect and the lowest one is on the “life satisfaction”. 4. There is no significant difference in the working pressure among teachers despite their gender, their yearly salary and their school. But it was presented difference in case of their teaching position. 5. There is no significant difference in the stress coping among teachers despite their gender, their yearly salary, their teaching position and their school size. 6. There is no significant difference in the well-being among teachers despite their gender, their yearly salary, their teaching position and their school size. 7. There is a negative correlation between working pressure and well-being. 8. There is a positive relation between stress coping and happiness. 9. There is a negative trait in predictability between working pressure and well-being. 10. There is a positive trait in predictability between stress coping and happiness. 11. Under the circumstance of controlled coping, there is a relative predictability between working pressure and well-being. Finally, based on above mentioned results, the researcher takes some suggestions to teachers of primary schools, school authority and future researchers as references.
