Description
Summary:One way in which the computer can be used in a teaching situation is by making available to the instructor a computer language which permits him to prepare course material according to the precepts of programmed instruction. The computer then administers the course to the student in the manner prescribed by the instructor. This method is developed using a typewriter as the computer input-output device. The potential role of computer assisted instruction is also discussed.
