Simple Formation of Nanostructured Molybdenum Disulfide Thin Films by Electrodeposition
Nanostructured molybdenum disulfide thin films were deposited on various substrates by direct current (DC) electrolysis form aqueous electrolyte containing molybdate and sulfide ions.
