Formation of a new approach to the appraisal of development of the Russian innovative infrastructure
In the article it is shown how it is possible to appraise the efficiency and demand among the entrepreneurs ofthe Russian innovative infrastructure using a new approach to consideration of the infrastructure consisting of conception of it as a combination of business services.
