Summary:Currently one of the problems presenting considerably clinical difficulties is the immune factor of the male infertility. In the structure of reasons of the male infertility, according to various literature sources, the immune factor is present in 5-15% of the number of infertile couples. The frequency of ASAB detection in patients in the infertile marriage considerably varies depending on many reasons making at the average 15% for men and for women it’s twice as high – 32% [1–3].
