Abstract A photodetector with bias‐tuneable current is realized by adding a film of single‐walled carbon nanotubes (CNT), forming a CNT/Si3N4/Si capacitor, to a prefabricated Pt–Ti/Si3N4/Si metal–insulator–semiconductor (MIS) diode.
