restitution of hospital founder – Al. Obregia–psychiatry was realized in 1998, after 75 years from the institution establishment. 3 Academies have continued the restitution, from 2009 until now (2018): Academy of Romanian Scientists, Deutsch-Rumänische Akademie Baden-Baden e.V., Germany, American-Romanian Academy.
