This allowed to identify the specifics of the regional authorities and the composition of instruments, the implementation of which is aimed at the development ofthe relevant spheres of socio-economic system ofthe region. Developed directions of improvement of state management in the sphere of culture in the Tambov region, the main instrument of implementation of which are regional programs for the development of the relevant spheres of socio-economic system of the region. |
