| description | We had a purpose to study the change of indices of regional blood flow at the building of defects of shin-bone in patients with chronic traumatic osteomyelitis. The rheographic research was carried out in 47 patients with fractures of shin-bone complicated with generalized, form of chronic osteomyelitis. It was determined, that studied indices — rheographic index and maximum speed of fast blood-fill — allow to estimate process of regeneration. and forming of distraction reclaim in patients with chronic traumatic osteomyelitis at the replacement of shin bone defects. Furthermore the change of these indices can be constitutive at the choose of distraction speed. Obtained results prove dependence of the course of regeneration process on the state of regional blood-flow. |
