Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Organizational Reputation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In other words, we study that can the positive perception of the background of an organization and the present ability of the organization for meeting the demands of stackeholders facilitate the behaviors that are volunteer and don’t do with the purpose of gaining rewards. Population of this research is the staff in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. 168 persons were selected through random sampling. Data gathering has been done based on standard questionnaire. The gathered data was analyzed based on structural equation modeling.The results show that organizational reputation has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and our model is a proper model for studying the impact of organizational reputation on organizational citizenship behavior
