| Summary: | We report a rare case of orbital roof “blow-in” fracture in a 27-year old with concomitant communited fractures of frontal and ethmoid bones. A 27-year-old male presented with a history of assault by unknown persons and sustained injury to the left eye. Computed Tomography (CT) head revealed a blow-in fracture of the orbital roof on the left side with bony fragment displacement noted in the intraconal compartment. Surgical intervention was indicated and performed in order to prevent any visual complications arising due to the displaced bony fragment. The case report is followed by a brief overview of orbital fractures. |
