Description
Summary:In the first verse of verse 1 of Surah Ma'idah, God says: "O you who believe, keep your covenants." There is a difference of opinion among the commentators of the Holy Quran about the meaning of the word "contracts" in this verse. Some, with a narrow interpretation of this verse, refer the contracts exclusively to cases such as "Covenants of Muslims and polytheists" or "Covenants of the People of the Book to confirm the Prophecy of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)" or "Covenants of acceptance of the Caliphate of Imam Ali (AS)" or "Ahlaf" Or "prohibitions and obligations" have been turned. Another group, with a broad interpretation of the verse in question, considers it to include all "divine commandments", "social contracts", "legal practices" and "man's covenant with God". Along with the commentators, the jurists also had two narrow and wide interpretations of "Awfwa b'a'qud" :  Some consider the obligation to fulfill the contracts to be included only in the common contracts in the time of the Holy Shari'a  and some have considered all contracts to be subject to this obligation. The authors, considering the generality of the word contracts, have considered the interpretive and jurisprudential interpretations to be more correct; In addition, the combination of these two concepts has clearly shown that the system of contracts of Islamic civilization has been efficiently developed and developed throughout history ,Because by accrediting new contracts and influencing the relevant laws, it has facilitated social relations and strengthened public welfare.
