Heavy metal residues in beef carcasses in Beni-Suef abattoir, Egypt

A total of 300 samples were collected from cattle slaughtered in the Beni-Suef abattoir in Egypt. Samples included muscle, liver and kidney. Animals were randomly selected from the slaughter line.
