| 總結: | This study proposes, as its subtitle highlights, a critical analysis of the legislative reform of labour law that the People’s Party Government has undertaken in 2012 by considering essential facing to the plight of the economy and the employment generated by the economic crisis, amid claims of agencies and financial markets.
