Description
Summary:The gearbox dual-branch torque transmission system is designed to increase the gearbox's carrying capacity and power density, and to solve the problems of high power, large torque and large transmission ratio in the gear transmission. The self-adaptive load sharing shunt transmission of the system is realized through herringbone gears, and the problem of transient eccentric load is solved by the deformation compensation error of the diaphragm flexible coupling. The DyRoBeS software is used to establish a dual-branch split-torsion transmission system model with flexible couplings, and the rotor dynamics analysis of the system model is performed. It is verified that the designed dual-branch split-torsion transmission system could meet the manufacturing requirements.
