The Holy Qur’ān is the Word of Almighty Allah: Critical Analysis of Orientalist John Burton’s Views

The Orientalists, who are basically Jews and Christians, deny the fact that the Holy Qur’ān is the Word of Almighty Allāh which He has revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. They create doubts about the Qur’ān. They claim that the Qur’ān was fabricated by the Prophet himself with the assistance of previous scriptures. The sources of Orientalists’ research regarding the Qur’ān are d’aīf and self-generated narrations, studying the Qur’ān with the intention of perversion and crookedness and indirect Study of the Qur’ān and the Islāmic literature. John Burton is also an Orientalist. He has written a book regarding the Holy Qur’ān named “The Collection of the Qur’ān”. He has strange theories about the Qur’ān. In this article it has been proved that the Qur’ān is the Word of Almighty Allāh, and the misconceptions of John Burton regarding the Holy Qur’ān have been clarified with internal arguments like evidences in the Qur’ān that it is the Word of Almighty Allāh, the truthfulness of the Qur’ān on the base of prophecies as the prophecy about Roman conquest, prediction of the Qur’ān about the conquest of Makah, Prediction of the Qur’ān that the Jews will never wish for death, prophecy of Almighty Allāh about the protection of the Holy Qur’ān; and external arguments that the Qur’ān is the Word of Almighty Allāh like rational arguments that the Qur’ān is the Word of Allāh and the sayings of the Orientalists who themselves deny their opinion, have also been quoted.
