Bonfils Retromolar Intubation Fibrescope for Difficult Intubation
The Bonfils retromolar fibrescope is a rigid fibrescope with an angled end. A 35-years- male with restricted mouth opening was scheduled to undergo reconstruction of fractured zygoma.
