Summary:This article defines the normative legal acts regulating the activities of credit cooperatives, describes the methods of supervision over the legal provision of targeted loans under the guarantee of maternity capital issued by credit cooperatives. The features of normative acts regulating the use of maternity capital funds issued by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation as means of repayment of these target loans are considered. The practice of application of the law and the problems arising in the course of activity of credit cooperatives are analyzed.
