Online sources published between 2003 and 2023. Data obtained show that forensic pharmacology is at best rudimentary in Nigeria. The need for advancement of forensic science and by extension forensic pharmacology cannot be over-emphasized in Nigeria. Legislation, technology, infrastructure, training and capacity building are necessary tools for the advancement of forensic pharmacology.
