| 總結: | Background and Aims: Today, due to the lack of complete knowledge of Corona disease and its high rate of
transmission and also the continuous presence in corona wards, a heavy atmosphere prevails in hospitals, which
in turn affects the job satisfaction of nurses. The relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction
in nurses working in the corona section of one of the northeastern cities of the country has been studied.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical study that was performed on 31 nurses
working in the corona ward in the first quarter of 1399 in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Esfarayen. The sampling
method was full census. To collect data, Halpin and Kraft organizational climate questionnaire and Stephen
Robbins job satisfaction were used. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test in SPSS 26 software were
used to analyze the data.
Result: Findings of the study showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between organizational climate
and job satisfaction of corona nurses (r=-0.359) and (P=0.047). Also, there is a significant negative correlation
between the variables of harassment, consideration and job satisfaction(P≤0.05). The variables of group spirit and
intimacy towards job satisfaction were significant at the level of 0.05.
Conclusion: The organizational climate created by the care of Covid 19 patients reduces the job satisfaction of
nurses. Therefore, it is necessary for managers to adopt supportive, incentive and educational measures to increase
nurses' job satisfaction. |
