الملخص:We present the case of a 75-year-old man presenting asymptomatically with a large 8-cm right coronary artery aneurysm. The right coronary artery aneurysm was identified by cardiac catheterization and managed through coronary artery bypass grafting. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and showed stable recovery at his follow-up visit.
