Summary:The co-rotating twin screw extruder is widely used in the modification, granulating, premix and other production of engineering plastics. The co-rotating gearbox is one of the important components of the extruder, the output phase of which is a key parameter for the capacity of the extruder. The formation mechanism of deviation of gearbox output phase is analyzed, and the effective measure of assembly adjustment is proposed. Some reference for the research and design of similar transmission system is provided.
