Distinguishing Crohn’s Disease From Non–Crohn’s Ileitis: A Gut Microbiome–Based Approach
Conclusion: The gut microbiome is unique in NCI and can be differentiated from Crohn’s by a novel bacterial profile. This study provides preliminary leads to help stratify patients who require active treatment in lines of CD.
