說故事對組織記憶影響之研究 A Study of Influence of Storytelling toward Organizational Memory

知識經濟時代，組織重視知識管理，除將組織成員的知識匯整，也藉以來促進組織內的資訊或知識的分享。組織記憶為組織無形資產之一，其保留了組織的過去經驗與知識，可用於支持現行組織決策，進而提高組織效能。因此，組織記憶的建構與發展也成為知識管理的一項重要課題。故事有助於組織文化的保存，而組織文化為組織記憶的儲存體（Retention facilities）。因此，說故事對組織記憶的影響不容忽視。另外，大學在知識經濟占有重要地位，而其組織記憶亦會影響組織成員的思考、行為和態度，利用說故事方式將有助於大學精神、理念與記憶文化的傳承。本研究採用文獻探討及深度訪談法，以世新大學為個案研究，了解說故事對於組織的重...
