要約:This study deals with the issue of freedom of information circulation and monitoring the current situation in Egypt, through the disclosure of controls and mechanisms for providing information flow and information within the information centers of the ministries. In addition to monitoring the views and attitudes of the beneficiaries towards this. The study relied on the field survey method. Among the most important results of the study are the absence of clear mechanisms and controls and specific and unified standards to be followed by information centers of the Egyptian government ministries in dealing with the availability of information. Rather, it is up to the diligence of those in charge of managing each center separately, which led the vast majority of beneficiaries to demand the necessity of issuing a law for the freedom to circulate information and place it at the top of the list of priorities because of its great importance in organizing the transmission of information without invoking personal knowledge and other directions.
