| Summary: | The process of coke making production is a complex industrial production process, JNDK55-05F coke oven is taken as the object for modeling and simulation of coke making production. Based on the one-dimensional plane heat transfer theory, the heat transfer model of 1/2 coal cake and furnace wall in carbonization chamber is built, and then the heat transfer models of all 65-hole carbonization chambers are constructed. Based on the gas unit heat transfer analysis method, the heat transfer model of twin flue in combustion chamber is built, and combining with the gas reversing machine model, the heat transfer model of all 66-hole combustion chambers are constructed. The surface temperature of furnace wall in each vertical flue and the coking heat consumption of coal cake in carbonization chamber are used to build the correlation of carbonization chamber coking process and vertical flue gas combustion process. And based on the coke pushing and coal loading schedule, the modeling and simulation of continuous coking production process for JNDK55-05F coke oven is realized. The simulation results show that the constructed simulation model can realize the simulation of a single carbonization chamber, the twin flue in combustion chamber, and the continuous coke making production process.
